Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered two spicy hibachi dinners with noodles and chicken fried rice, and neither meal was made spicy as requested. I drove 45 minutes to pick up my order, only to get home and realize it was completely wrong. Attention to detail matters, especially when customers are paying for specific requests. If staff members are responsible for taking orders, they need to listen carefully and ensure the order is entered correctly. The food was not what I ordered, and the long drive made the experience even more frustrating. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

I've lived this place since I found it (a more reasonable Japanese Hitachi option) -- clean, efficient, good service, OK ro eat in if you want (but designed as a takeout place). My last order was worse than expected-- too salty, and steak was a tad off although I can't put my finger on why. May have been a new chef so they'll get another chance, but I'm more wary now.

Overall the food is good. However you get home and some of your food is cold and missing sauces. This is not a one time occasion this happened. Both of the young ladies who are cashiers need training on customer service skills, “nasty attitudes”. Especially the one with glasses.

I must say I drive a nice distance for this when I get a taste for it, but it was very disappointing the last time I visited 1 month ago. I waited in the lobby for cooked food and it was still only room temperature. I was so irritated bc I’d already gotten on the freeway headed back to the city

I ordered 2 hibachi chicken meals, no soup/salad I subbed it for chicken fried rice and added noodles to my order. I ordered on Sunday so they closed at 6, drove 30 minutes to pick my food up (picked my order up at 5:27) . Didn’t cross my mind to check my order before I left because I always order from the canton location which never has disappointed me. I get home and my order is incorrect, no noodles, rice was not cooked properly. I paid extra for garlic butter , which they did not put in the bag. I called today because by the time I got home they were closed and was told they can’t replace my order only the noodles & garlic butter. Terrible customer service . Will never be ordering from here again.
